• 96% are rated by their managers as average or above average in safety.
• 92% are rated by their managers as average or above average in performance.
• 85% are rated as average or above average in attendance.

Employment Resources strives for high levels of customer satisfaction. And, overall, both employers and employees are very satisfied with the services that are provided by Employment Resources.

Recent surveys indicate that 100% of all business partnerships are highly satisfied with our services. TESTIMONIAL:

Employees are satisfied because they are making a meaningful contribution to society. They have less reliance on public assistance and experience greater involvement in the community. Employees also have the opportunity to meet new people and have new experiences.

To this date, more than 100 workers have been placed in community jobs. Approximately 80 individuals are served annually by our placement services, and are currently receiving support to maintain their positions. 18 have been competitively discharged and no longer require the support of New Hope Village to maintain their employment.
