Carroll Enterprise Systems / New Hope Enterprises offer Organizational Employment options
and
Employment Resources provides Community Supported Employment services.
Both divisions have a long history of forming win-win partnerships with employers
in the local community. These partnerships have created positive and productive
outcomes for businesses as well as workers with disabilities.

In 1984, Carroll Enterprise Systems was
established to provide organizational employment/outsourcing
services to
businesses and industry and employment
for people with disabilities. New Hope Enterprises was established in 1998 in Manning,
Iowa to serve clients in that area in a similar capacity.

Our goals through these services:

  • Develop labor solutions that benefit businesses and industry.
  • Help cut production time for routine tasks like mailings, sorting, and packaging.
  • Customer satisfaction is the key to our success.
  • Provide contract services state-wide

In 1995, Employment Resources was established as an employment agency to provide placement services and supported employment for people with disabilities.

  • Many businesses utilize our services for high turnover and hard to fill positions.
  • Employers benefit from qualified, reliable and enthusiastic workers without assuming all of the usual risks.
  • There is no fee to employers for the training and support of qualified workers.
