Behavioral Health Manager
Provide behavior management services for individuals served in New Hope's residential programs. Responsible for assessing adaptive and maladaptive behaviors, developing behavior support plans and program monitoring for assigned individuals. Will provide general and program specific training for staff as it relates to behavioral management. Serve as the agency's resource regarding current best practices in behavior management and recommend policies and procedures.
Assigned caseload will include new admissions, individuals requiring restrictive techniques and individuals needing behavioral management assistance from outside resources. Will have responsibilities in program development and monitoring, staff development and agency involvement.
Required: Bachelor's degree in applied behavioral analysis or human behavior
Preferred: Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis
Required: 2 years direct experience working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities with at least 1 year of developing programs to increase adaptive skills and decrease maladaptive behaviors.
Preferred: 2 years of experience in a capacity directly responsible for development and implementation of behavioral programs and training of staff on programs.
Knowledge, skills and abilities: Strong knowledge base and demonstrated skills in behavioral approaches, ability to remain current in behavioral literature and best practices, ability to comply with licensure regulations, work effectively as a team member.

The Manager of Retail Operations (MRO) is a full-time 40 hours per week position which oversees operations of the Bargain Shoppes located in Carroll, Coon Rapids, Jefferson and Perry. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of these stores, interpreting store reports and financial breakdowns, this position is also responsible for exploring new opportunities for revenue, developing sales opportunities and constructing strong marketing strategies for the Bargain Shoppes group as well as the individual stores. This role will research, develop and open new retail outlets in new communities. The MRO also advises Bargain Shoppe Managers regarding displays, store layout, rotation of inventory and appearance of stores.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in related field such as retail management, marketing or business, or an equivalent amount of experience in a related field (3-5 years). Two years progressive experience in retail and/or leadership is also desired.
