Village Bargain ShoppesNew Hope Village operates four thrift stores, called the Village Bargain Shoppes. The first store is located in
Carroll just off Hwy 71 North at 1202 Heires Ave.
Coon Rapids Location If you are looking for a bargain, come to one of the conveniently located New Hope Village Bargain Shoppes and find many of the following items:
Perry Location All of the quality items you will find at The Bargain Shoppes are generously donated by people from the community. It's a perfect opportunity to clean out those closets and give your contribution to benefit adults with disabilities. If you wish to make a donation of clothing or other used items you may take these items to any of these stores. For your convenience, a night-time drop box is also available at the Carroll and Coon Rapids locations. If you’d like to learn how much YOUR donation is worth based on IRS guidelines, visit Tax Wizzard and their document, “Business Accounting and Tax Solutions” to view a simple chart that indicates the fair market value of your donation.
Manning Location Proceeds from the stores provide
income for continuing programs that benefit people served by New Hope
Village. It also provides opportunities to create new programs for the
New Hope Village clients.
Carroll Location Our thrift stores are staffed heavily with volunteers. If you would like to become a volunteer to work in a Bargain Shoppe, contact our store managers, Sandy, Joan, Donna or Karen, for more information.
